Managed services grew up around infrastructure: endpoints, servers, networks. The discipline that model produced — accountability, monitoring, support, continuity — is exactly what modern software and AI systems are missing. We apply that same discipline to custom applications, AI, data and the connections between them — so the complete business service has an accountable operator.
