// how we work
From experiment to production to operated.
Engagements move along the same underlying line: understand, finish, deploy, run, improve. You can hand us the whole line or any point on it. Once we take a system into managed operation, responsibility is clear: Geidi owns the agreed service outcomes and coordinates the people and vendors needed to keep it working.
enter at any stage. stay for dependable long-term operation.
// entering mid-flight
Most systems come to us already started.
That's the model working, not a compromise. A prototype that proves the idea is often an ideal handover point: the value is clear, while the production work is still ahead. We also enter earlier — when discovery and architecture were skipped and it shows — or later, when something already live needs an accountable operator.
// project staggering
The pipeline, not the treadmill.
Internal teams shouldn't be trapped maintaining everything they ever proved. The staggering pattern: your team proves Project A and hands it over. While we productionise and operate A, your team starts Project B. Repeat. Your innovators keep innovating; every proven idea still gets finished, deployed and run.
Innovation becomes a pipeline with two lanes — one proving, one operating — instead of a queue where every new idea waits behind the maintenance of the last one.
// three patterns
The situations we're built for.
pattern 01
The two-week app
An internal AI application is built in a fortnight. It works — but it is not yet secure, connected to the business, supported, documented or ready for everyday use.
What we do: Take over the production gap. Complete it, deploy it, integrate it, train the users — then operate it.
pattern 02
The system nobody owns
A critical process crosses custom software, AI, data services and several vendors. Every component has support — but nobody owns the end-to-end result.
What we do: Become the accountable service layer for the combined system — one number to call, whichever piece misbehaves.
pattern 03
The ten prototypes
An innovation team has ten working prototypes and can't start the eleventh, because it's busy supporting the first ten.
What we do: Stagger. The team keeps proving ideas; we productionise and operate them, in parallel.
// start here
Hand us the project you need finished.
Or the estate you need owned, or the idea you need shaped. The first conversation is about your system, not our pitch.
