These terms apply to your use of geidi.ai. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry, or booking a call, you agree to them. They don't cover the terms of any actual engagement or contract for services — those are set out separately if and when we agree to work together.
Using this site
This site is provided to describe Geidi's services and to let you get in touch with us. The content on it is general in nature — it's not advice about your specific system, project or circumstances, and shouldn't be relied on as such. Enquiring or booking a call doesn't create any obligation on either side to enter into a paid engagement.
Third-party services
Booking a call uses Cal.com's booking calendar, embedded on this site. Your use of that calendar is also subject to Cal.com's own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services we link to or embed.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding on this site belong to Geidi (or are used with permission) and may not be copied or reused without our consent, other than for normal browsing and sharing of the site itself.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Geidi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including reliance on its content or the unavailability of any linked or embedded third-party service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
