Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Geidi collects, uses and protects information from people who visit geidi.ai, get in touch through our enquiry form, or book a call with us.
Information we collect
We collect information directly from you when you interact with the site:
- Enquiry form — your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number if you choose to provide it. This is sent to our customer relationship system (Twenty CRM) so a member of our team can respond.
- Booking a call — our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you book a call, the name, email address and time details you enter are collected by Cal.com on our behalf; see Cal.com's own privacy policy for how they handle that data.
- Standard technical logs — like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability purposes.
We do not currently run visitor analytics or tracking cookies on geidi.ai. If that changes, we'll update this policy to describe what's added and why.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry or booking request;
- understand the system or project you're describing, so we can have a useful first conversation;
- keep a record of our conversation if you go on to become a client; and
- operate and secure the site itself.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and our enquiry process: Twenty CRM (to store and manage enquiries), Cal.com (to run our booking calendar), and Vercel (to host the site). Each processes the information described above on our behalf. We don't otherwise share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as they're relevant to our relationship with you, and as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold, including relying on the security practices of the reputable third-party services listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by getting in touch through our enquiry form or by phone. We'll respond to reasonable requests promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, as our tools or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
